Our cartridges contain Propylene Glycol [or Vegetable Glycerin] and Nicotine as a part of its ingredients. Propylene Glycol is used in everyday use and is considered food safe, Vegetable Glycerin is also used in everyday use and considered safe. Nicotine, however is an addictive toxin and self administration is entirely at the users own discretion and risk. Please make sure that you carry out specific research and read our FAQ section on the website. Do not ingest the liquid directly or have prolonged contact with skin. Keep out of reach of children. Exposure to the cartridges can lead to serious injury and death. Liberty-Flights are in no way responsible for the misuse and abuse of its products by you the consumer.
Please read these conditions carefully before purchasing products from us.
When you place an order to purchase a product from us, you will be sent an e-mail by Liberty-Flights.com on our behalf confirming receipt of your order and setting out the details of your order.
Items sold by us on the Liberty-Flights.com website are dispatched from the US to destinations within the world. The shipping cost will increase for destinations outside of the US and Liberty Flights are in no way responsible for the detention of any goods by any countries associated customs or legal departments.
In accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations, the following applies to all mail order and E-Commerce contracts:
The buyer is entitled to return the goods within 7 working days for a refund subject to the following:
i) It is reasonable for the buyer to open the outer packaging and inspect the goods. It is not acceptable to break any seals on the item itself.
ii) If the buyer properly rejects any of the goods in accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations within 7 working days in writing/email, the buyer shall nonetheless be responsible for the return cost of the goods.
iii) If the returned goods received by Liberty Flights are not in a sellable 'as new' condition, then Liberty Flights reserves the right to charge a restocking fee.
Whether goods are returned in a sellable condition is to be judged by Liberty Flights.
Liberty Flights accepts no responsibility for any consequential loss caused to the buyer for the receiving of faulty goods. Faulty goods received shall be dealt with as outlined below.
Whilst every effort shall be made to keep any delivery date, time of delivery shall not be of the essence. Liberty Flights shall not be liable for any consequential loss incurred by the buyer or any other person or company arising directly or indirectly out of any failure to meet any estimated delivery date.
Unless otherwise agreed Liberty Flights may deliver by installments and in such case each installment shall be treated as a separate contact and any delay, default or non-delivery in respect of any installment by the Company shall not entitle the buyer to cancel the remainder of the Contract.
Liberty Flights cannot accept any returned goods found to fall into one or more of the following categories:
i) The goods are in some way physically damaged by the buyer.
ii) The goods are found not to have been sold to the customer by Liberty Flights.
Goods received by the buyer that are found to be physically damaged by the courier must be reported to Liberty Flights immediately. The maximum time allowed to report physical damage is 72 hours. After 72 hours, any claims of physical damage will not be accepted for refund or replacement.
Liberty Flights offer varying lengths of warranties on products, each product page will clearly mark the length of warranty for that item. All postage costs for returning items to Liberty Flights are the responsibility of the customer.
i) Goods found to be faulty within 14 days of purchase will be replaced once we have been notified of the problem via email. Items sent back to us without prior notification will result in either a delay of processing or no processing.
ii) Goods found to be faulty after 14 days but before the end of the warranty period will have to be returned to us first before a replacement is sent out.
iii) Warranty on atomizers is based on 1ml usage per day, therefore, a 2 month warranty on an atomizer is based on 60ml usage in total. If this limit is exceeded and the atomizer fails, it is deemed failed due to normal usage. Atomizers have varying life spans, please bare this in mind when making a warranty claim.
Please note, atomizers used at a rating above what they were designed for will void the warranty. Vaping at 6 volts for example using a standard 510 or LR 510 will void the warranty, this is a common policy in the industry.
Notification of a warranty return must be made by email before the items are sent back.
We list availability information for products sold by us on the Liberty-Flights.com.com platform. We cannot be more specific about availability. Please note that dispatches are not guaranteed dispatch times and should not be relied upon as such.
Liberty-Flights.com reserves the right to change pricing and availability at its sole discretion.
All ownership, title and risk of loss and/or damage in the product you have purchased shall pass to you at the point and time at which such product leaves our premises in the US.
If your delivery address is outside the US, the addressee will be the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country into which the products are delivered. The product may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches the country of delivery. Any such additional charges levied for customs clearance must be borne by you. Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be at any time in the future.

We collect information about you for two reasons: firstly, to process your order and secondly, to provide you with the best possible service. The type of information we collect about you includes: your name, address, phone number and e-mail address. We will not pass on your details to any third parties.
We will not e-mail you in the future unless it is to respond to any comments or queries you may have. The personal information which we hold will be held securely in accordance with the law.
Liberty-Flights.com does not sell products for purchase by persons under 18 or people who are pregnant.
When you transact with us or send e-mails to us, you are communicating with us electronically. For contractual purposes, you consent to receive communications from us electronically and you agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing. This condition does not affect your statutory rights.
Liberty-Flights.com will be responsible for any losses you suffer as a result of us breaching these conditions if the losses were reasonably foreseeable to both you and us when you submitted your order to us, or a contract for the sale of goods by us to you was formed. We will not be responsible for any business loss (including loss of profits, revenue, contracts, anticipated savings, data, goodwill or wasted expenditure) or any other indirect or consequential loss that was not reasonably foreseeable to both you and us when you submitted your order to us or when a contract for the sale of goods by us to you was formed. Liberty-Flights.com does not accept responsibility or liability by law, in any way for death or personal injury caused from the use of our products.
We reserve the right to make changes to our policies, and these terms and conditions at any time. You will be subject to the policies and terms and conditions in force at the time that you order goods from us, unless any change to those policies or these conditions is required to be made by law or government authority (in which case it will apply to orders previously placed by you). If any of these conditions is deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that condition will be deemed severable and will not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining condition.
We will not be held responsible for any delay or failure to comply with our obligations under these conditions if the delay or failure arises from any cause which is beyond our reasonable control including but not limited to any statutory changes or rulings by any act or customs authority affecting the customs duty payable by you. This condition does not affect your statutory rights.
If you breach these conditions and we take no action, we will still be entitled to use our rights and remedies in any other situation where you breach these conditions.
Your relationship with us is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the England. The Courts of England shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising out of these Terms.
